…and yesterday’s yarnbomb, part II. Bookworm, recommending The City of Ember, which I read sitting in the Union Square Barnes and Noble in college. I read a lot of stuff that way. It’s the only thing that kept me from going batshit insane, probably.
I just learned about yarnbombing…and I love this idea of yarnbombing books; wouldn’t they make great nerdfighter notes?! :)

We need artists (many, not just one or two!) to do designs for nerdfighter note day. We currently need people to design templates for nerdfighter notes. They can be simple (clever fill in the blank Mad Lib style) or complex (a cool DFTBA symbol, etc.) The best…

So today I re-bought a copy of Looking for Alaska (because my 1 year old neice ripped my last copy) by the very wonderful John Green and I found a Nerfighter Note from a fellow Nerdfighter :D, to whoever put this in my copy GRACIAS :) obviously you did not forget to be awsome.

I really like nerdfighter notes that are well written and are a decent length. You can tell that someone put some time and effort into making this. I like the short little notes too, but these ones that are written like letters are my favorite, I feel like they explain more, will confuse people less, and are a bit more personal than “YOU’RE A NERDFIGHTER!!!! youtube.com/vlogbrothers”
